Nationals of all countries will be issued with arrival visa valid for a period up to 30 days and pay for a visa ($30) upon arrival without prior application. Below is the list of items necessary to obtain this visa at your port of entry.
When seeking a port of entry visa as described above, please bring the following:
Passport valid through 6 months after the date of entry.
A vaccination certificate, specifically for yellow fever, may be required at the border post.
Application processing fee. If applications are refused, or withdrawn by the applicant, refunds of fees will not be made. The fee is $30.
Proof of financial means sufficient to cover the costs of your stay in Rwanda may be requested at the Rwandan foreign mission or entry point.

Rwanda will grant visa free of charge with 90 days validity to nationals of Benin, Central African Republic, Chad, Ghana, Guinea, Indonesia, Haiti, Senegal, Seychelles, Democratic republic of Congo, East African Member Community Partner States, Mauritius, Philippines, and Singapore.
Citizens of all other countries to may obtain a visa valid for 30 days upon arrival without prior application, but with a fee of $30.
You may be asked for the following reference documents:
1. Passport or travel document with a validity not less than 6 months
2. Visa application form (filled out)
3. Two (2) recent 4x6cm. photographs of the applicant
4. Round-trip air ticket or e-ticket (paid in full)
5. Proof of financials sufficient to cover your stay
