The Future of the Savings-Led Working Group
Thurs. March 12 | 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM

Since 2007, the Savings-Led Working Group (SLWG) has been at the forefront of the Savings Group movement, facilitating broad-based coordination and learning among civil society organizations, financial institutions, funders and governments. The SLWG maintains the most exhaustive resource library on Savings Groups, develops publications, hosts on-line discussions and webinars, and organizes learning events.

Over the past decade, the SLWG has evolved from a small group of about a dozen members, to a community of practice encompassing over 1,000 individuals. Who are we? What do we want to achieve? And how do we want to work together?

Join us for a session of ideation and strategic planning, as we examine the governance, facilitation, and processes of the working group – and importantly, the needs and preferences of members.

All are welcome – whether you are a longtime contributor, new to the group, or just exploring new ideas!
